Yes. We do so to set up a secure connection using Secure Socket

browsers like Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer, and even among
engineering versions of each).

USE
WITH PALMŪ HANDHELD
Q.
How do I access LeaderPhone® with my PalmŪ Handheld?
A.
First, download the LeaderPhone® Palm application file from this site.
To do this, just click the "Services & Features" tab at the top of
this page, and then click the link entitled "Learn More About Our Services & Features."
Once you're there, scroll down until you find the heading entitled "Wireless palm device enabled." Click
here to DOWNLOAD the Palm VII software.
Once
you've downloaded the LeaderPhone.pqa file to your pc, move the file to
the Palm\Add-on folder on your pc (usually located at C:\Palm\Add-on).
Bring up your PalmŪ desktop software and click the install button. Press
the "Add" button and select the LeaderPhone.pqa file if it is not already
selected. Once the LeaderPhone.pqa file is selected, press the "Done"
button. Place your PalmŪ in its cradle and press the HotSync button. This
loads the selected pqa files onto your PalmŪ. Locate the LeaderPhone®
logo on your PalmŪ and tap it. You will see a login prompt where you will
be directed to enter your Userid and Password. Log in, and you're ready
to use LeaderPhone®.
Note:
Once you have completed a HotSync to load the LeaderPhone.pqa onto one
PalmŪ Handheld, you may "Beam" the pqa file to another PalmŪ and avoid
having to repeat the download and HotSync described above for other PalmŪ
Handhelds. On the PalmŪ that contains the LeaderPhone.pqa file, tap the
menu button (found in the lower left hand corner of the screen) and select
"Beam." Select "LeaderPhone" from the menu of available applications,
and then tap the "Beam" button. Be sure that the source and destination
PalmŪ Handhelds have their IR ports (found at the top of the palm) facing
each other; this is how the pqa file is transmitted from one PalmŪ to
the other. The receiving or destination PalmŪ will show a dialog box asking
whether to accept or decline the pqa file. Tap "Accept," and in a few
moments the PalmŪ will announce that the file has been loaded.

DIAL
IN/PINS
Q.
What does it mean to Dial In to the system?
A.
The system is designed to call out to everyone on the call. It also
supports people dialing in and joining the conference. At the time
the conference call is set up, everyone will be assigned a PIN.
This PIN should be provided to all participants on a call in case they
want to be able to dial in. They will also be provided with a toll
free number to dial. When they call the toll free number, they will
be prompted to enter their PIN. When their PIN is entered they will
be placed into the appropriate conference call.
Q.
Why do I get different PINs everytime I setup a conference call?
A.
This ensures security for your conference calls, keeping unauthorized
users from dialing into your meeting. The system uses the PIN to
identify the person and the call. So, we issue unique PINs per user,
per conference.

Q.
What is a Universal Access PIN?
A.
We do offer Universal Access PINs for your convenience. You may
select the option to use a Universal Access PIN for your conference calls.
This allows only 1 PIN to be used for ALL of your participants to use
during a dial-in conference. These PINs are commonly used for less
secure calls, where you may want to broadcast a call to the media, like
a press release. Or, for when you may not know how many participants
may be attending an announcement, or report call of some kind, like an
earnings release.
