- This App uses only the iPhone Contact data selected by you at the time of your conference call. No Contact names are ever used by the App outside your iPhone. No email information used for conference call invitations is ever retained by the system. For Pro customers actual telephone numbers and call durations are retained in each customers' secure billing history using Norton Secured 128-bit encryption. This customer account information is only available via login to your 128-bit SSL secure Leader Phone® web console at http://www.leaderphone.com/login.html using your unique Leader Phone® Pro customer User ID and Password. Customer account information is managed according to the End User License Agreement. Our policy and philosophy is that a customer's data is the customer's property. Leader Phone® is a steward of customer trust and strives to maintain that trust.

What does Norton Secured mean? The Norton Trust Seal means that Norton has verified the identity of the Leader Phone® Pro websites and that Leader Technologies™ is the rightful owner and operator of our websites. The seal verification page displays Leader Phone®'s business information, encryption information and shows that our website has passed a daily malware scan, helping ensure that use of Leader Phone® services is safe and secure. Combined with a closed padlock, https in the URL or a green address bar, the Norton Secured seal also means that the Leader Phone® services site is secured by a Norton SSL Certificate.
- Leader Phone® Pro enjoys a higher level of security and privacy than Lite. This is a simple matter of economics. You get what you pay for! So, if you want the assurance of privacy and security, then pay for it and use Leader Phone® Pro so that we can pay for the staffing, facilities and equipment to provide you the higher quality of service that you deserve!

Group Call - Call Now!

- Use this feature to start a conference call right now; without needing to check everyone's calendar, schedule the call, send out dial-in number and PIN, then remember the date and time, then wait for stragglers after the call starts.
- Tap Group Call in the system tray.
- Enter the Telephone No. at which you want the system to call you.
- Tap Select Contacts and select the participants from you phone's Contacts.
- If needed, tap Add Other Participants to include a person not currently in your phone's Contacts. They will then be added automatically.
- If needed, tap View Call List to review your selected participants. If you added someone by mistake, you can remove them here.
- Tap Call Now! to get everyone on your conference call right away.
- If needed, an Email will be sent to you as the Host. It contains the Dial-in Number and PIN for this call. Use this email to send to: (a) new participants to join, (b) invitees who did not answer when called.
- If needed, to Add New Participants after your call has started, you can tap *1 on you phone keypad, then enter the 10-digit phone number of the person you want to add. *3 drops the participant last added in this way.
- Group Call uses an toll-free number with many enhanced producutivity features to save you time and make your calls more efficient that same-old-same-old traditional audio conferencing.

Invite - Invite Now!

- Tap Invite in the system tray if you want to schedule for some other time than now.
- Tap Select a PIN if a PIN is not displayed in My PIN Info. If you want to use a different PIN for an invitation, tap the PIN currently displayed and select a different PIN.
- Enter the Purpose of your call.
- Select a Date & Time for your call.
- Tap Select Contacts and select the participants from you phone's Contacts.
- If needed, tap Add Other Participants to send an invitation to a person not currently in your phone's Contacts. They will then be added automatically.
- If needed, tap View Invite List to review your selected participants. If you added someone by mistake, you can remove them here.
- Tap Invite Now! to email your invitations.
- Your Calendar is automatically updated.
- A Reminder will alert you 15 minutes before the scheduled start time as well as right at the time of the call.
- The Reminder will include a Hot Link containing the dial-in number and PIN which you can simply tap to join the call.
- The Email will also include the Hot Link that your participants can tap to join from their mobile phones.
- Pro Invite uses an toll-free number with many enhanced productivity features.

My PINs

- Tap My PINs in the system tray to see a list of all of your PINs
- An initial PIN set (Host & Participant) was created for you automatically at Sign Up.
- Tap the plus button ("+") to create a new PIN set (Host & Participant). You can create as many PIN sets as you like. There are no charges for additional PIN.
- Tap Edit then the minus button ("–") to delete a PIN set anytime. Alternatively, use the iPhone delete swipe feature (slide your finger to the right over an entry), then tap Delete.
- To start a conference call at any time, simply distribute the toll-free number displayed and the Participant PIN you wish to use for the call along with the date and time. At the appointed time, everyone dials the same Access Number. Your Participants enter their Participant PIN, and you, as the Host, enter your Host PIN. Alternatively, use Invite - Invite Now! to invite everyone automatically; it makes call set up easier.
- You may wish to use different PIN sets for different purposes. For example, Sales Meeting, Staff, Directors, Suppliers, Engineering, Emergency, Community, and Committee. Your real time call history displaying these PIN names makes it easier to allocate costs. It is available 24x7x365 on your personalized Leader Phone® Pro Web Console. - Your PINs never expire; they remain active unless you cancel them.
- Only one participant can enter a conference call as the Host, so make sure you send only the Participant PIN to other participants. The Host PIN should be kept private, especially if you post PINs on public websites. As long as an unauthorized person does not have your Host PIN, that person cannot start an unauthorized call using your PIN.
- System not recognizing a valid PIN. This problem occurs when you are entering a valid Leader Phone® PIN and the numbers are not being recognized by the system. This is a known iPhone problem and we are assured by Apple that it is being addressed. This problem is generally infrequent and will probably go away when you are in a different location. We suggest that you make sure that you have downloaded the most current iPhone operating system upgrade. This will ensure that you are benefitting from the latest iPhone bug fixes and system enhancements. For more information on this problem, google "DTMF detection problems on the iPhone." If the problem persists, contact your iPhone provider because you may have a more serious iPhone hardware or software problem.

Conference calls vary in their call management requirements. They run the gamut from free flowing on one side to highly scripted on the other. For example, an engineering team may need to brainstorm a pesky problem. In that case the participants all need to speak as ideas come to mind. Such conference calls have little structure and need few controls beyond perhaps volume control and Star*1 direct dial to be able to add new participants on the fly. By contrast, a new product launch may require lecture mode where the presenter presents and national sales force participants dial in and listen. In fact, lecture mode is useful for any large conference call where presenting information is the goal and conversation among random participants would be distracting. Lecture mode is also useful if too many dogs are barking in the background! Pro Handset Controls give the host added control over the call.

Controls available to all participants:

Controls available only to the host (when using Host & Participant PINs)

When using a single PIN, most of the host controls are useable by all participants, except features that are not relevant when there is no host, like *6.

- The default payment method is credit card. Your credit card information is maintained very securely. Leader Phone® never shares your account information with third parties. You can read more about our credit card policies in the Leader Phone® End User License Agreement (EULA) by clicking here. Other billing arrangement like monthly invoicing will be considered upon request.
- You received 100 free minutes when you signed up for Pro. If you have not yet used your 100 free minutes, no charges will occur on your credit card until your usage goes over 100 minutes.
- Customers occasionally encounter issues with their credit cards where a payment is blocked for various reasons. This block triggers an automatic suspension of your Pro account. Not to worry, either login to your web console and resolve the issue (like a change of address) or simply call us at (877) 278-6117 and our support personnel will work with you to resolve the problem. Nothing in your account is affected by an automatic software-triggered account suspension. These things happen. Customers most often find out about this problem when they are trying to make a conference call and their PIN suddenly does not work. Such circumstances can be stressful (because people are probably trying to dial in) and we can usually resolve the problem in a few minutes and get your scheduled call going in a few minutes and with minimal delay, if any.
